I am a business account owner/designated admin that assigns user rights. Will I need to reestablish user rights for users?
First Federal online banking accounts do not have multiple user logins. There is only one login profile for each account number, so you will not need to assign user rights. For assigning authorized signors for your business account, please contact a First Federal Personal Banker, who would be happy to help you with your business account details.
