Website Maintenance

Home Website Maintenance

Our website will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, July 23rd from 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m.  Following this update, older versions of your Internet browser will not be able to access our website.  To ensure continued access to FirstFedCU.com, please make sure you are using the most current version of your internet browser.

The issue: All browsers utilize Transport Secure Layers, or TLS, to access a website. We are ending our support of TLS 1.0 and forcing browsers coming to FirstFedCU.com to use TLS 1.1.

Why we are doing this: utilizing TLS 1.0 shows up on website scans as a vulnerability on the part of the browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.). This is not a website vulnerability.

Impact to you: Members who use older versions of internet browsers still using TLS 1.0 will not be able to access the website. Please make sure you are using the most current version of your internet browser. No down time or website issues are expected.

When we are conducting maintenance: Tuesday, July 23, from 12:01 a.m. - 4 a.m., with additional testing later in the morning to ensure all went as planned.

You will receive a reminder email on Monday, July 22. We will also communicate with you after the maintenance is complete.

This maintenance update will not affect our mobile application or any features of online banking.
