Notice Of Election

Members will have an opportunity to vote in the election for the board of directors in one of the following ways:

  1. In person at any First Federal office on certain dates and times
  2. Mail-In voting; members must request a ballot
  3. Online, by requesting a link to cast a ballot online.
  4. In person at the Annual Meeting on March 30, 2026.

In-Person Voting
Members will have the opportunity to vote in the election for the board of directors on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, March 18th, 2026; 9:00 am—5:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 19th, 2026; 9:00 am—5:00 pm
  • Friday, March 20th, 2026; 9:00 am—12:00 pm

Each First Federal branch location will serve as a polling site.


Mail-In Voting
Members are eligible to submit a ballot via mail-in voting. Members must request a ballot from the Director of Elections beginning Wednesday, March 4, 2026 through Friday, March 13, 2026. All mailed ballots must be received by the Inspector of Elections by March 30, 2026. Mail-in ballots can be requested by email BallotRequest@firstfedcu.com.


Online Voting
Members are eligible to vote through an online ballot. Members must request a ballot link from the Director of
Elections anytime beginning Wednesday, March 4, 2026 through Friday, March 20, 2026. A special link will be
emailed that will allow the member to vote online. Online voting ends at midnight, Friday, March 20, 2026.


Annual Meeting
Members that have not already voted are able to vote at the Annual Meeting on March 30, 2026.

 

Candidates for Board of Directors

 

Nominate by Petition

The Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors has placed the names of six candidates to stand for election.

In accordance with the bylaws of the Credit Union, nominations may also be made by petition signed by 1% of the Credit Union members with a minimum of twenty (20) and a maximum of five hundred (500) signatures. Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition. Each nomination by petition must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee or nominees stating they are agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office.

All nominations by petition must be filed with the Credit Union Secretary no later than Friday, February 6, 2026, which shall be the closing date for receiving nominations by petition.
